First, after the paving is completed, the ground should be cleaned and waxed as soon as possible. The use process of 3M rubber wax water is as follows:

1) Remove the scum and floating ash on the rubber floor with a mop, and manually clean up the glue traces on the surface of the rubber floor;

2) Proportionately mix the cleaning liquid, sprinkle it on the rubber floor to be cleaned, and use a cleaning machine to grind and clean; while grinding, throw the cleaning liquid at the same time until the ground is completely cleaned;

3) Use a water absorbing machine to absorb the water stains of the cleaning solution on the ground, and then sprinkle clean water for grinding and cleaning, and also use a water absorbing machine to absorb the water stains on the ground.

At room temperature, dry the ground (usually for more than 24 hours), and then apply wax water on the rubber floor with a wax mop. The wax mop should be clean and the wax water should be applied evenly. Generally, apply the wax water once or twice. When applying the wax water for the second time, you must wait for the first wax film to dry before proceeding.

After the wax is applied, the ground must be closed for more than 24 hours before it can be put into formal use.

How to maintain the rubber floor is the most important thing in determining the service life of the rubber floor.

1) For daily cleaning and maintenance of rubber floor, it is strictly forbidden to wipe with wet mop or rinse with water. Especially the waxed rubber floor is absolutely forbidden to wipe with an unclean wet mop. Dust and shoe prints on the ground must be removed with a clean dry cloth or a fleece rake.

2) The leather shoe print or the black offset print of the rubber wheel scraped on the rubber floor is best wiped off with a cleaning agent.

3) When the rubber floor is burnt by cigarette butts or turns yellow and black, it must be polished off with a fine gauze cloth of 800 mesh or more and polished and smeared with wax water once or twice.

4) According to the pollution of the rubber floor, carry out special cleaning and waxing treatment every six months or more than a year; cleaning and waxing should be maintained by a professional rubber floor construction team;

How to maintain the rubber floor

Although rubber floors are very strong, wear-resistant and stain-resistant. However, there should be more effective maintenance measures to be used for a long time.

1) Place or install foot pads at the entrances of doorways and passages to ensure that outdoor dust is not brought into the indoor rubber floor;

2) It is forbidden to scratch the floor surface with sharp sharp objects. When carrying tables, chairs and furniture, lift them up and do not drag them on the ground;

3) It is forbidden to stack strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, and organic solvents on the rubber floor to avoid burns or damage to the floor surface.
